As a resident of Colorado, this is my first foray into growing fresh veggies and herbs INSIDE my home. We are just harvesting our first WINTER garden of romaine, arugula, and my all-time fave, butter lettuce, which is pretty expensive at the grocery store. We are also growing fresh basil, and catnip for my fur baby. which he absolutely loves. We are very pleased with the amount of lettuce we have grown and will be planting herbs in the next few weeks. Will be posting photos as they grow.
